Bus commuter pass?

I see people with a bus commuter pass and I'm wondering if there's any information online about this? (I can find a lot of information about the train tekken commuter passes.) I want to see the prices and if it's worth it for me to buy one. If it matters, I'm looking for Yokohama area ones... Keikyu bus or Kanachu bus. (or is there one for all companies?)

I don’t know specifics but I would suggest going to your main bus station. They would most likely sell them there. Everywhere is different when it comes to bus services and passes.

Where would I even find which station the "main bus station" would be?

I'm not positive about this, but I think bus passes are typically sponsored, so a student by their school, employee by company for bus passes. That was how it was in my town. It was a small town though. Ask a major train station master about the local buses. They will often know something.

Those passes are the best if you know you will be taking the buses often, as most of them are basically 'all you can ride', so if you are using it every week day for work, it's worth it already, and if you would take it on the weekends too, then it's a lovely deal. If it's like 3 times a week though, maybe not.

You should find information on the websites of the bus companies. Usually, there are different commuter passes for different companies and they are sold at different places. I use a commuter pass for a bus company in Tokyo and they are only sold at certain convenience stores that are close to the bus stops. If your company covers your commuting expenses they should also cover your bus fees.

Physical therapist/physiotherapist experiences in Japan?

My boyfriend has a herniated disk and has been really struggling with the pain and emotional stress. The regular doctor just sent him home with some pain medication, but it's not really doing it. Have you had any experiences with PT's or physiotherapists in Japan? Was it a good experience? Any recommendations for this condition?

Raincoat recommendations?

I feel like rainy season will be here before we all know it, and was wondering if you have any favorite brands for raincoats. I need a couple for my kids (they've outgrown ones that relatives sent us when they were younger) and to be honest I probably should actually get one for myself, too. Sometimes just an umbrella doesn't cut it! Let me know if you have any favorites!

Does anyone know of any good sleep aids or remedies that are easy to find in Japan? Nothing heavy, just over-the-counter stuff, herbal teas, other drinks, that kind of thing.
