What is Japanese Hamburg Steak?

A western influenced Japanese food is loved by children called, "Hanbāgu." This is not a typical American burger that is with bread. It's a ground meat dish with a texture like a meatloaf, light and soft. What's more, the sauce is also a very unique taste unlike the European steak sauce. I’m not sure what’s in it though. Anyway, if you'd like to indulge with your Japanese Hamburg steak appetite , I recommend Orenohamburg. There is one in Shibuya, a short walk from the station. You can choose from different toppings , and my favorite is Grated Hamburg topped with shredded radish with a Japanese style steak sauce. The lunch set comes with a bowl of rice, miso soup, salad and a shot of vegetable juice. Not bad for about 1,500 yen. Oh, check out their salad! When I had it for the first time, I went crazy and craved for more. It's made of tofu and lettuce with their special salad dressing. It's a simple but refreshing taste.
