The only one I'm aware of is that run by Shizutetsu Express. It's a daily service between all the Narita terminals and the front of Shizuoka Station. There's only one a day, departing 16:10 (T2) and arriving Shizuoka Station 20:47. It appears to be scheduled seasonally. The current season runs until March 31 so you'd have to check the website again as you get closer to April to see if / when it is running. Cost is 6,200 yen. By way of contrast, a shinkansen from Tokyo to Shizuoka will cost about the same but the journey time is only around 1.5 hrs. Give yourself around an hour to get from Narita to Tokyo station on the train. The Shizutetsu webpage is in Japanese but here's the address if you want to take a look http://www.justline.co.jp/express/transit/shizuoka_narita_timetable.html

Does anyone know of any good sleep aids or remedies that are easy to find in Japan? Nothing heavy, just over-the-counter stuff, herbal teas, other drinks, that kind of thing.
